Phase One - Your Choices |
|||
|
Our on site sales assistant
meets with you to discuss what your needs are and how we can fulfill
them. At this time we can help you to select your lot, your floor
plan and the various customizations and options that meet your needs.
Your sales assistant will also help you in obtaining the best financing
at your request. Our sales staff is knowledgeable and experienced
and will be there for you through the rest of the building process. |

Phase Two - Pre-Construction Meeting |
|||
|
The next step is for you to meet with the builder for a Pre-Construction Meeting at which time we go through the plans with you to make sure that all of your personalization requirements were satisfied. We will also show you the position that your home will be set on your lot. Any additional questions you have about the construction of your new home will be answered in detail at this time. You will also have the opportunity to select additional options or upgrades at this time. During this meeting you will be asked to "sign off" on the plans, so the Pre-Construction Meeting is vital to our proven process. |

Phase Three - Color Selections and Finishes |

|
The next phase is fun and exciting. You will now get to choose your colors and finishing materials for your home. We have an expansive collection of samples to assist you in making your selections. We also have available at your request a design specialist who can assist you in making your selections. |

Phase Four - Construction |
|||
|
Now its time to start construction on your new home. During construction we will invite you to a walk through of your new home with your builder and sales assistant just prior to installation of sheetrock. This will enable you to inspect the quality of construction of your home as well as choose the placement for phone and cable jacks. Final decisions on additional options will be made at this time. |

Your new home is complete and ready for your enjoyment. Approximately one week prior to closing we provide a final walk through and orientation to your home. We will also assist you in scheduling the closing and present to you a closing packet of helpful information and the keys to your new home. |
